Our clients mean everything to us. So in the spirit of laying all our cards on the table and ensuring the smooth running of our client relationships, we have implemented the below policies:
Skincognito Policies:
Global College of Body Art Policies:
To secure a booking, we require a non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit. Any cancelled bookings, regardless of the date of cancellation, forfeit 100% of this deposit.
For high season dates (see below) we will only accept bookings upon prepayment of 100% of the booking fee. This is again non-refundable and non-transferable and any cancelled bookings, regardless of the date of cancellation, forfeit 100% of this deposit.
Skincognito has never cancelled an appointment in our 10 year history. However, if due to unforeseen issues an appointment is cancelled by Skincognito, we will give you the option of postponing to another date where this is feasible, or a full refund. Our liability for costs incurred due to appointment cancellations is limited to the booking fee.
High Season Dates:

The Global College of Body Art will not assume responsibility or liability for student’s or model’s personal or professional items damaged, lost or stolen during the course, or whilst on our premises. Further, we will ask all students and models to sign a waiver against liability for accident or injury whilst on our premises
We will strictly enforce our model’s rights to respect and personal space at the college. Please understand the vulnerability of our models due to their state of undress, and act with respect and consideration at all times. Anyone found disrespecting our models will be asked to leave.
